CodeWay's Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure convenience and transparency. It regulates the conditions under which refunds and course transfers are possible.
1. Conditions for Refunds
A refund request must be submitted no later than [specify number of days] before the start of the course. Refunds are possible in the following cases:
Cancellation or postponement of the course by CodeWay.
Inability to attend due to valid reasons (supporting documents required).
2. Course Transfer
If you cannot attend the course on the scheduled dates, we provide the option to transfer to another group or a similar course. Transfer requests must be submitted no later than 7 days before the start of the course.
3. Partial Refund
Upon premature termination of training at the user's request, a partial refund may be issued, calculated based on the remaining classes.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund or transfer, please contact us by email at info@codeway.ca, specifying your name, course, and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
5. Refund to Payment Instrument
The refund amount is transferred back to the same payment instrument used for the original purchase.
6. Conditions for Refusal of Refund
A refund may be denied if the conditions are violated or if the request is submitted after the course has started without valid reasons.
7. Refund Processing Time
We strive to process all requests quickly and issue refunds within 10 business days after the request is approved.
8. Updates to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update the Refund Policy. Changes will be published on this page, and we recommend checking the information regularly.
